  I've been banking with B of A for over 10 years for my business and personal matters... worst branch I've ever dealt with. Many workers, one window opened. Not sure what everyone else is doing as they didn't look busy. Say they'd be right with me...waited over 20 minutes to place a time critical wire, and they said I had to make an appointment and asked me to wait for about an hour until someone could help me. Three offices staffed, only one had a customer. Incredibly frustrating and stressful given the wire deadline, which 2 employees gave me differing wire cutoff times for the day. I left and went to the Mission Viejo branch for assistance. Mission Viejo didn't hesitate and took care of the wire immediately. Not sure who this Ladera Ranch branch is catering to, but I think they've forgotten our accounts at their bank pay their salary. A branch manager should take a serious look at this branch's deficiencies.
